Flatbush Frolic

Flatbush Development Corporation’s Annual Flatbush Frolic Street fair is fast approaching! For the last 40 plus years, the Frolic has grown into one of New York City’s premiere street fairs, attracting over 20,000 visitors and over 150 vendors from all over Brooklyn.

This year the Flatbush Frolic will feature food, dance, live music, a pizza eating contest, craft fair, children’s area, main stage, beer garden, a non-for-profit area, local businesses and more!

This year we plan on taking the Frolic to the next level. We are putting a call out for local vendors and local musicians that would like to get involved. FDC has been, and remains committed to supporting and highlighting the diversity of merchants and artists from our local community.

We are looking for general vendors, artists, food vendors and corporate vendors/sponsors.

If you are a Cortelyou Road merchant ONLY  please click here for an application and registration information.

If you are an interested musician you can apply by emailing samples of your music and a link to your website to Lupe Ramsey at Lramsey@fdconline.org.

Interested vendors and musicians should submit their applications quickly as slots fill up very quickly.

The online application deadline is September 13, 2017 at 11 p.m.

You will be notified on whether your application has been accepted.  If you are accepted and we allocate a space, your participation is nonrefundable.  Please see application for more details.

 IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Please be advised that illegal vending without proper Frolic and City permits, and those who attempt to vend/sell goods on Cortelyou Road streets or sidewalks between Coney Island Avenue and Ocean Avenue will be removed by the 70th Precinct. If you are an illegal vendor and refuse to move, you will receive a fine or be charged with illegal vending.
