Fútbol in Flatbush,

As part of our neighborhood-wide World Cup celebration, participating businesses will be featured as official scavenger hunt locations. Community members and visitors will be encouraged to explore local businesses, complete tasks at participating locations, and collect stamps in their Fútbol in Flatbush Passport.

Participants who successfully visit and complete tasks at 10 participating businesses will be entered into a raffle to win prizes valued at up to $100.

Once you complete a task, be sure to show the store manager or other representative, bring your “Passport” card and get a sticker! from them at their register or service counter. Pick up a “passport” card at FDC’s Main office or at any of the participating businesses! Participating Businesses and Tasks:

• Brooklyn ARTery (1004 Cortelyou Rd)- Find an item in the shop that reminds you of your favorite World Cup team or player (take a picture) – No purchase required!
• La Puerta Roja – Take a photo with their La Puerta Roja Santa in a soccer Jersey!
• FDC – Come by our office and take a photo with our Flatbush Art Map, OR wear FDC merch when you turn in your passport for your final sticker!
• Poljan Properties (1207 Cortelyou Rd) – Pick up free SWAG at their office
• Sycamore Brooklyn (1118 Cortelyou Rd) – Purchase any draft beer!
• Taylor & Co Bookstore (1201 Cortelyou Rd) Swing by Taylor & Co. Books, take a photo with any of their soccer-related books, and tag us on social media for a chance to win the Fútbol in Flatbush Scavenger Hunt!
• Flatbush Food Co-op (1415 Cortelyou Rd) – Find the FCC soccer ball hidden at the co-op and bring it to cuistomer service
• WattLi Bar (1505 Newkirk Ave) – Visit Wattli for a soda or a beer at one of the Newkirk Ave Open Street Events!
• Kings County Wines (1420 Cortelyou) – Inquire for the task inside the store
• Newkirk Ave Open Streets – (closed from Coney Island Ave – East 17th street) Happening every Sunday from 12 PM – 8 PM on Newkirk Avenue, swing by and take a photo near one of the “FDC” Barricades in a soccer jersey!
• General Task – Print and fill out your own World Cup 2026 bracket and turn it into FDC (1616 Newkirk Ave) for your final sticker! – You can download it here!
• Pablos Diner (43 Newkirk Plaza) – Walk in and ask the staff about what their Soccer Trivia Question is! Get it right and collect a sticker
• Fresh Cut Fridays (1118 Cortelyou Rd) – Purchase their special “World Cup” flower, and present your card for a sticker
• Make Chem Possible (1209 Cortelyou Rd) – Take a photo in front of their Display and show their staff for a sticker
• Bad Therapy Bar (1008 Cortelyou Rd) – Purchase a seasonal drink of your choice & collect a sticker
• Namaste Brooklyn (1202 Cortelyou Rd)- Try a special menu item with world cup cocktail
• Reyes Travel (1512 Newkirk Ave) – Come into the store & identify the flags of Mexico, Argentina, Brazil & Japan
• Viva Art Studio (1416 Newkirk Ave) – Name 5 country flags on banners inside the store
