What Our Windows Have Seen

Six Flatbush Stores

About the Project

FDC has worked in partnership with the Newkirk Plaza Merchants, the Cortelyou Road Merchants, the Flatbush Mixtape, the Flatbush and Church Ave BIDs, and local artists Annie Del Hierro-Jost and Seema Shakti to bring holiday-inspired murals to some of our local storefronts.

We brought local Historian and Flatbush expert, Joseph Enright writer and creator of The View from Argyle Heights on board to teach us more about what these storefronts have seen over the years!
